Absolutely, we can service all 50 states.

How much does your service cost?
Our services are available for between 5 and 10% of revenues received.

How do I get started with the service?
Contact us and we will forward a service package to you. Account setup is easy and we’re here to help you every step of the way.

Where are the insurance payments sent?
Payments from insurance companies are sent directly to your office as they always have, you continue to control your money. At the end of each billing period (or another frequency you decide) simply send copies of your EOBs to Thera-Pay and they will send you an account statement.

I have old unpaid claims; can you help with these as well?
Yes we can.

How do I notify you when a claim needs to be made?
Weekly or daily, however often you choose, fax or email us with your list of completed appointments and we’ll do the rest.

My practice is completely disorganized, can you still help?
Of course, and don’t be embarrassed! It’s easy for things to get out of control, that’s why we started this business. Even if your filing system is a set of post-it notes, we can get things working again.
